Distance Sales Contract

1. Clause: Parties

This distance sales contract is concluded between the parties whose information is provided below:

2. Clause: Subject of the Agreement

This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the delivery of licensed software and digital products sold electronically by the seller to the buyer.

3. Clause: Payment and Delivery

The buyer shall pay the amount using one of the payment methods specified during the order.

After the payment is confirmed, the digital products are delivered electronically.

4. Clause: Right of Withdrawal

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal after the digital products have been delivered.

5. Clause: Termination and Cancellations

The buyer cannot request termination or cancellation after the purchase.

6. Clause: Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Turkish law shall apply, and Konya Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction.

7. Clause: Terms of Use and Sanctions

If it is determined that the user is using the purchased products illegally or acting against the license rules, our company has the right to immediately ban the user's account. Additionally, if it is determined that the user is illegally distributing the products, our company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings and file a lawsuit against the user by exercising its legal rights.

8. Clause: Effective Date of Contract

This contract becomes effective upon the buyer's electronic confirmation.
